Great Balm for Acne Skin
5I am 46 and unfortunately suffer from Acne, I have had it all my life. I have tried everything over the year so eventually I found this balm. It’s great! It’s really helped my skin! I use it as part of a double cleanse routine with The Ordinary Squalane Cleanser. I found the two together have cleared up my skin, to the point where I can now leave the house without makeup. I apply the Charcoal Balm and massage it into my skin until it becomes an oil. I really massage around my nose, jaw and chin, where most of my spots and blackheads are. I then add warm water to my hands and work that over my skin to remove it, finally I rinse my face with warm water to remove everything. My face feels clean, soft and unclogged. My blackheads look better and I have hardly any spots. It’s really worked for me.

Melts away make up
5This has become my favourite cleanser. Melts away make up and the charcoal version is great for my oily skin. Leaves skin feeling clean, but not dry or tight

Not as good as the Elemis Balm
3This balm is OK, it does remove dirt and makeup really well but it doesn't feel as luxurious as the Elemis cleansing balm

Excellent cleanser
5I prefer this to the original cleansing balm, feels the same on the skin but a deeper cleanse. does not dry out the skin.

5Really charcoal Really in a balm Makes skin simply clean and powder soft, vy vy nice No irritation Balm is light Takes some time though to put on and wash it completely off
