It is a great sheet mask. I don't use it often, since it's a bit on a pricier side. I use it before big occasions, when I'm back from sunny holidays or to just treat myself once in a while. The glow stays for a few days afterward. It's a bit heavy to walk around, so it's best to lie down and relax when using it, so it doesn't weigh skin down too much.
