I tried this item having seen Dr Shareene Idriss recommend it as an alternative to retinol.  I bought the full size of this product after having tried the smaller size and loved it. I moved away from retinol as I felt it dried my skin. With this product I sometimes get an intense tingling sensation when I first put it on, but that soon goes away. After 20 minutes and a face wash thereafter I am definitely left with smoother, healthier looking skin. Sometimes my skin’s barrier can feel a little dry and sensitive, but I just use La Roche Possay Baum B5 twice daily and that sorts it out nicely. A lovely product that I will buy again.
