Bought this for the face mask
5ESPA products are so nice! I got this for the face mask which I had before and the other two products were a bonus! Would buy all three again.

Product info incorrect
2Set listed as being full sized items when in fact they’re minis Very misleading - after buying I saw another review stating the same but it still hasn’t been rectified

Amazing costumer service, amazing products
5I also ordered this product when there was misinformation in the description. After realising that products aren't full size, I contacted costumer service and they were very kind and offered me 15% refund or free return of the item. I love everything in this collection and I choose 15% refund. ESPA is an amazing brand and mistakes happen. I tried pink scalp mud before and it did wonders to my damaged hair, so I was very excited to try other ESPA products. I am glad to say, that they are just as good as the scalp mud and I am planning on trying more of their stuff.

lovely products, though not as described
2These items are lovely however they were advertised as bigger sizes and I ordered quite a few of these to give to my relatives & friends after a difficult year. I have used all of these products before and the product review would be 5* for all - they are lovely. However the items described, as other reviewers pointed out was different what was received. I will be contacting look fantastic to send them back, I am a loyal LF customer but I don’t like being duped- even if it is unintentional .

Beautiful products BUT false advertising
1As others have said, only the lip treatment is full size, which is a great disappointment The hair and scalp mud will barely last for one treatment, although it could be considered as a sample size to try it out. The hydration mask is a useful size, and will be good for testing out the product over time because not much needs to be used each time. I would not buy this as a present on its own despite the lovely box.

Falsely advertised
1As with the previous reviews, I was expecting all 3 full size items as this was in the description! Disappointed to have received that only the lip oil is full size and the other two products are only 30ml. Very disappointed.

Wrong items described
2Very disappointed with this gift set. The description states 3 full size products, however it is only the lip treatment that is full size and the other 2 are 30ml products. Would not of purchased if described correctly.

False advertising
1It states the pink hair mud is 200ml it’s not it’s 30ml and the overnight hydration again meant to be 55ml and is 30ml. Really disappointing
