Makes no difference

Unfortunately this product makes no difference to me. I bought it in order to reduce puffiness in the morning.  It supposed to be cooling but its just a normal moisturiser

I’m really enjoying this eye cream, a little goes a long way and it instantly wakens up tired eyes with it’s cooling sensation. My eye area feels hydrated all day and it creates a smoothing effect over very fine lines. Would recommend!
