I feel let down by LookFantastic. Bought this set and the moisture cream is like a rubber texture and fills half the pot only. After a lot of back and forth with actually no explanation of why this happened, I had to have it confirmed directly from Eve Lom that this wasn't right. Lesson learnt to buy the products individually and not as a set. I originally wanted the cleanser as I love the product but thought I'd try their moisture cream too...so I've ended up paying more for less as I can't use the cream. I'll be an Eve Lom direct customer from now on.
