Flimsy
1Flimsy packaging, no real mixing tools the plastic tray just isn’t sufficient. Doesnt cover well and colour does not last long.

Not as dark since formula changed
4I’ve used this for a long time but this one had a cream developer instead of a liquid. It’s better in the fact it doesn’t stain the skin. But just not as dark as I’d like. It’s more of a dark brown than a black

Easy to use
4Simple to follow instructions and easy to use. Much cheaper than going to salon. Really pleased with results. I use every month and one pack has multiple applications.
