Really good at taking off all make-up, yes waterproof included! Only thing is it can leave a bit of a residue so is neccessary sometimes to give an extra splash of water or toner to remove all the product. Great value tho, saves me buying seperate products for eyes and face!

I use it as an alternative to the yellow oil infused Garnier Micellar Water. The blue one is less greasy and the yellow one is more nourishing. Depending on the weather and my skin conditioner, both are good. However, I do not know why the blue one is more expensive than the yellow one.
