this was a real "instagram made me do it" purchase- I've seen these everywhere so thought I'd give them a go! They are delicious as a starting point so really easy to consume. Within the first week I definitely noticed that they were supressing my appetite. After a couple of weeks I also noticed an improvement in my skin and hair. Now a permanent part of my daily routine. Would highly recoomend.

I really love these gummies, I've been using them for about 6 months now and I swear by them. They contain all of the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, without the horrific taste! They're the equivalent of a sweet treat in my day they're so yummy - haha!

I have received my 1st tub of Goli. They taste really yummy and it’s definitely curbed my appetite. It’s early days so I can’t comment on any other health benefits but I’m about to order another tub!
