Worst shampoo I've ever used (zero star if I could choose)
1I don't usually leave product reviews unless it works to the extreme (extremely good or extremely bad), sadly this is the latter case. I haven't used the serum so I have nothing to say about that. However, both shampoo and conditioner didn't have the basic function of what they are supposed to do. I have given more than a month to try them in various ways, but it's not possible to let it work. I'll give some context for my hair condition in case it worked for other hair types. I have long hair with slight damage to the hair as I had semi permanent perm around the end of last year. I followed my hairdresser's advice and wash my hair every other day. With most of the shampoos I've used, my hair could stay fresh until the end of the second day. Now let's talk about the products: the texture of the shampoo is on the liquidy side compared with most other shampoos in the market; it doesn't cleanse the hair but instead dries out the hair and leaves the hair feeling unwashed, which some of the silicon free shampoo does have. Yet what makes it even worse is that after hair dries, there is no volume at all and hair goes back to unwashed state. The conditioner does not nourish the hair as it suppose to do and in contrast further breaks the fragile hair and changes nothing after rinse. I could say after more than a month of use, my hair felt dry, never had volume (instead very flat to the top of the head) or shine, strong feeling that it needs to be washed again by the end of the day. This is just very disappointing as there are many positive reviews. I can only say I won't recommend this set to anyone with similar hair type.

5Great product, hair feels fuller and has more volume after using for two weeks. Perfect as I need sulphate free products due to my hair extensions. Will definitely keep buying!
