I was recommended this to help with hair fall as a result of peri menopause.. There is certainly a little less hair fall in addition it smells good and leaves my hair smooth and less frizzy.. it also doesn't flatten my straight hair too much. For my medium length hair I give it about 6 to 7 sprays from mid lengths to end this is my second bottle and it lasts well.
