Heavy hair mask
2All products feel very heavy and weigh down my hair a lot, the mask particularly which takes about two more hair washes to totally get out. Makes me super greasy. I have thickish medium/long hair.

Amazing
5The Kerastase magistral trio is amazing! A real miracle worker, great for tired, lack luste hair, I have curly hair that needed a little extra moisture, and these little beauties deliver all thats promised. My hair feels soft and shines like glass, also great for colour processed hair 😍 A real winner in my book.

Bad company !
1I receive I bought a Kerastase kit and am very dissatisfied. The product is like not original because I used it for 2 times and my hair got hard and horrible. I use Kérastase more 10 years. I complained with The Lookfantastic and they sent a message for me: - “ Thanks. I can see we have had a replay back from our quality team and it is as follows. "Unfortunately, not all items are suitable for all customers, even after years of using the same product. We all have different types of hair which not all products work for. This product is down to personal preference. Due to this we wouldn't be able to offer anything for this. Thank you!" BAD COMPANY !

Stunning!
5Absolutely adore this range. Leaves hair feeling & looking sooo much better than many other premium brands have of late. Have over processed and overused heat styling tools. Other supposed ‘damage remedy’s’ left it like straw.. this gives amazing results.. smells lovely too!
