2So I bought the Kerastase Chromatique shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair a while ago and, unfortunately, I personally did not like it at all. I've been colouring my hair for many years and so it's fairly damaged, dryer at the ends and mid-shaft, normal to oily in the root area/scalp. It's naturally very thin, not coarse in texture and straight, manageable. These factors may have affected the results I got using this product, so worth to keep in mind. Because I did not have a good experience I discontinued to use the duo after completing one set so I cannot comment on long term results. But one bottle of shampoo and cond lasted me for approx up to 2 months as I wash my hair twice a week. After shampooing my hair, I did not see any difference compared to any other random superdrug store shampoo. It wasn't very bad but also wasn't anything pleasantly surprising. If anything, I could see a lot of colour washing out but this may have been due to my dry hair not holding the colour. But I was even more disappointed with the conditioner which left my hair feeling as a hay, I had to use oils and leave-ins in order to make it manageable. I didn't even finish using it because couldn't stand my hair feeling so bad. For the price I'd expect something more effective, as I have much better experience with other lines.

Amazing product
5Amazing product it leaves your hair in beautiful condition and a beautiful shine. And your colour lasts a lot longer. I always follow with the same conditioner.

Glossy effect
4Left my hair feeling soft and smooth and was very glossy and shiny once dried. Not given a full 5 stars as I feel I've gained the same results with other brands for a much cheaper price.

Happy customer
5I’ve tried a lot of shampoos and conditioners in my time, but these are the best and I just stick with them. I get my hair coloured regularly (obviously we’ve had lockdown interruptions) and I also have rapture extensions. The colour stays longer and they don’t damage my extensions.

Causes hair fall
3I have a blonde balayage hair (coarse hair) and have been using this product twice a week for 7 months straight (only because this is the most expensive hair product I’ve ever bought!). It does help you maintain the colour and makes your hair look shiny and vibrant only for couple of days.Whenever I use this shampoo along with the conditioner I always have hair fall. Definitely go for this shampoo if you want to maintain your hair colour, however I wouldn’t repurchase this product as there are many other products which maintain the colour as well as protect and strengthen your hair making it look shiny and vibrant.

AMAZING!!
5This shampoo is incredible. I have used the Redken colour protect for over 3 years and I used to think it was the best in the market(after trying several shampoos to protect coloured hair from fading) I saw this shampoo and read the reviews and I thought I might try it for a change. My hair is dark brown naturally but my colour shade is a lighter brown shade, which after 3 weeks will start turning brassy and orangy colour even though I used colour protect Redken, I had to retouch my hair every 5 weeks but looking brassy. With this shampoo the colour remains beautiful after 6 weeks and I only have to retouch it because the grey hair starts showing not because the coloured has faded. The Kérastase Reflection Bain Chromatique Shampoo is more expensive than the Redken, it is runnier so I need to wash my hair twice each time, the bottle has a screw cap(what were they thinking?) and it is smaller than the Redken shampoo but I take all the cons, as my hair looks vivid and incredible week after week and I need to retouch my roorts after 6 weeks. I save money in a way as my hair is quite long and I spend lots in salon visits. This shampoo is the ultimate product for coloured hair.

Brillant for coloured hair
5This shampoo is brillant for my coloured hair. Smells lovely and is not a heavy product once in your hair. I complement it with the conditioner to match. I have a very dry scalp and the two products combined really help it . My colour also lasts longer and doesn’t fade.
