Not as good as the old version
2I had been using the old version of this shampoo very happily for years, now they’ve changed it I’ve found myself looking to replace it. It works on the scalp for sure but drys out my hair and leaves it much more unmanageable, it also doesn’t feel clean even after using it twice. This is definitely a cumulative effect as I’m halfway through my first bottle, I stupidly bought two when on offer, and it’s so bad there’s no way I’ll be using it even once more.

This is great
5I really like this shampoo as it’s gentle and doesn’t irritate my scalp. I have sensitive scalp and this helps to keep everything in control.

Almost perfect
4Bought this as it was the closest match to the Keratase Specifique bain anti-pelliculaire which was perfect for my hair. I think they've discontinued it and replaced it with this one instead. If I'd known, I'd have stocked up. This shampoo does clear my scalp but I've found it a little drying on the rest of my hair. It's missing the creamy formula of the Specifique one. I don't condition my hair as it weighs it down so don't want to have to start now. May have to try the version for dry scalp and see if it makes a difference. It's difficult because they are so pricey, you don't want to end up buying something you later regret. Strongly recommend only buying when there's a discount on.

Great for dry scalp

5Omg! Best one ever!!!!! No dandruff, therefore less oily hair, I wash my hair every 3 days, this shampoo is amazing!!! Results in just 1 use! The only thing is that it doesn’t foam much but I guess it’s because is mostly for the scalp, which is the root of the problem, so because it is pricey, and you wanna make it last the longest possible, I wash my hair first with H&S, to clean mostly the hair, I have a lot of hair and thick, and then for the second wash I use this amazing shampoo focusing on the scalp, and last I use the conditioner, absolutely love this Symbiose line!

Dandruff free hair
5First time buying this product and so far it has helped keep my teenage children’s hair looking fresh and feeling far less oily. Also they have said it has helped with their sensitive scalps and no more dandruff.
