I think this has helped me a lot to drink water and I have noticed a slight change in my appetite but either way Iā€™m drinking more water than usual which is a good thing so thumbs up.Ā

I purchased this as a booster to my diet while making the transition over to a plant based diet. I take it every morning on an empty stomach and have seen a massive improvement in my energy levels. Not to mention how great my skin is looking and also I feel less bloated and swollen. I've even got my nine year fussy daughter drinking it in the morning and she loves the fact that it doesn't taste if anything. I also give 5ml to my 12 year old and my two year old. Such goodness in a small bottle. Would definitely recommend!
