Goes well in hot drinks, smoothies, cereal, lovely flavour and dissolves well. Not sure if the difference yet but will continue taking

I cannot give it a 5 because I’m not sure if there is other product which works better than it but at least it works for me. I have breakout and peeling off skin because of my dry skin, it did help me to reduce such issues. And the taste is fine and good value as well, i will repurchase it.
