Iced Coca Brown. SO DRYING!!
1I bought 5 of these hair dyes to do both my hair and my extensions and this was the worst mistake! This was the most drying hair dye ever! My hair was good condition before using as I regularly use OLAPLEX. But after using this I struggled to get the brush through my hair! I used 2 boxes on medium length hair now I'm stuck with 3 boxes as I am too scared to use it on my extensions incase it dries them out aswell! I would go for garner nutrisse or Garnier Olia in future as these are quite nourishing. Also the iced cocoa brown went so much darker and my hair is practically black now. Really not happy.

5Hair came out soft after using this and quite bright considering my hair is dark, such a lovely colour will be buying again

1I ordered colour 505, hoping for a brown/red colour my hair is purple! Bright purple. Please don’t buy

5Great fantastic product, easy to use with great results. Even my husband agrees (yes he did it for me) that the recoloured regrowth looks amazing. So all in al a great product and price, with speedy delivery. Well done LF

Blonde shades are NOT semi permanent!
1I bought this believing it to be semi permanent as per all of the information on the listing - the wording 'semi-permanent' in bold, where it states that it lasts up to 28 washes. However THIS IS A PERMANENT HAIR COLOUR IF YOU'RE ORDERING A BLONDE SHADE! I used the hair dye and wondered why my hair was significantly lighter, upon contracting Loreal I was told that the blonde shades are not semi permanent like Look Fantastic are advertising. Look Fantastic have been utterly TERRIBLE with this, I complained to them on 10th November and despite me contacting them repeatedly, I haven't had a proper response. They've just said it's 'being investigated'. I'm really angry with how this has been handled and angry that I've ruined my hair.

Love this
5Love this hair dye, I had a bleaching disaster in January, I now only use this when I need to dye my hair, it leaves hair feeling so soft, silky and shiny. Doesn't smell to bad either, easy to apply I find it lasts really well in my hair for a semi permanent too.
