It does what it is designed for
3This is the first steam pod I have ever used so cannot compare with other brands or versions. However it can undoubtedly straightens and styles hair with one run and leaves the hair soft and frizz free unlike blow dryers and particularly when used with Kerastase Nutritive Nectar Thermique. If you have dry hair like me then run it once per hair strand and use 180 degrees. Otherwise it will dry your hair and will appear damaged. Worse you may also notice hair fall. It is easy to use, heats up to the desired temp within a minute and rather unexpectedly not as heavy as it may appear.

AMAZING Styler - have stopped using straighteners!
5Honestly, I have never heard of a 'Steam pod' until I was asked to try this and I am thrilled I did. So excited to try it. Genuinely, thought it would be a bit of a faff, a bit 'tricky' filling with water but once I used the nozzle-bottle that comes with it it's a breeze. Obviously this is a bit heavier than straighteners so not the product f you want a lightweight feel. For me, it's fine, the 360 swivel chord really helps you freely move. The steam that comes out is perfect and clearly designed to deliver the right amount. Even though perhaps a bit weightier to hold, actually feels lighter on the hair and glides through easier. Creates a beautiful smooth finish and really does feel smoother and somehow less harsh than straighteners. I used my normal heat protection serum (Kerastase Nectar) and used after blow-drying. LOVE this. It might be an idea if L'Oreal sell the water to out in - I just used mineral water but just an extra selling point.

Amazing!
5I absolutely love this. I’ve used it on myself and several clients, and am delighted with the results. The hair feels exceptionally smooth and shiny after use, and it gives an equally good result whether you’re straightening or curling. I partnered it with the matching Steampod Milk which was a lovely combination. I would certainly recommend this for anyone concerned with the heat damage associated with regular straightening, as the science behind this tool is proven to reduce damage. Great for curly frizzy hair that required regular touch ups.

Amazing product love love love!!!
5I was hesitant at first to use this with the water aspect but this is a game changer. For someone who straightens their hair regularly I am so aware of the heat damage. I love this product my hair is straight with less damage. My hair doesn’t feel dry in condition at all. My hair is fine and it doesn’t feel weighted or wet from the steam the overall appearance is less dull my hair now has vitality and shine. I love this product.

Best thing you can ask for
5Wow the steampod is the thing I needed for my hair. I have a lot of hair that is very frizzy and damaged because of bleaching. I like my hair straightened, but it's always been a pain to do it, first of all because I have a lot of hair and it takes around 20min to do them in the morning (blowdryer plus straightener) and of course because heat damages my hair even more and I didn't want to fry my hair every other morning, so I never used the highest heat setting in an attempt to prevent high heat damage from being done. As a result my hair was never sleek straight as I would have liked it to be and always felt dry after straightening regardless of my effort. I then came across steampod, which promised sleek hair without damage and twice as fast. Also reviews were very good so I decided to give it a go and wow... it really does what it says and I never get such good results with using only lowest heat setting and so fast! Something about that steam technology that makes my hair feel so soft and shiny as well as much healthier and actually the fact that it does the job much faster means that my hair is not being damaged as badly as with regular straighteners. For someone who has always struggled with my hair no matter what I used or did, this has truly not only saved my hair but also saved me trouble every morning.

Love it
5I have tried many hairstraighteners but nothing as good as Steam pod. I have very frizzy,curly hair so nothing works for long. But steam pod does. I used to be embarassed because of my hair,well no longer I am! Thank you Loreal for creating actually miracle to me😊

5The stempod is exactly what its shown in the picture and its absolutely great and easy to handle. The hair is aso not damaged due to the steam and according to me its fabulous and wonderful
