2The smell of alcohol from this lotion is over powering! It hurt my face causing it to be red & break out badly. I really wanted to like this product for the price but it's just not for me! I'll stick with Paula's choice BHA instead

Good product
4I purchased this after seeing a recommendation of the brand in a beauty mag. After running out of my more expensive cleanser I decided to give this a go due to the price. (Plus there's always discounts on the brand so it's too good to resist). I found the product made my skin clearer and brighter. Smells fab too.

Worth a buy!
4So far this product is working well - needs to be used in conjunction with other targeted acne products but as part of my daily regime I'm really liking it. It's doing a great job of exfoliating and renewing my skin so scars are fading and spots disappearing faster. I also feel my pores have reduced on my nose and cheeks which I never thought would happen!

Perfect replacement for Clinique!
5Started buying this range when I just wasn't getting the results I wanted from the Clinique anti blemish solitons range anymore. This does everything it says! And it's so much cheaper! feels a lot more gentle on the skin too

5I recently purchased this as I have been going through a troublesome patch with my combination skin; I was always having breakouts and PIH all of a sudden and my skin looked dull and felt rough. I felt like I was leaning on foundation more to cover and didn't want to get into this habit as I used to be able to go makeup free without worrying. I bought this as my twice-daily toner, along with a 2% lactic acid AHA for one use per week and I can honestly say I am seeing results and feeling better about my skin already - after one week of use!! I think with a second week of care my skin will have improved dramatically from what it was! If you suffer from acne you could use the whole Effaclar range probably, however I just use this toner (and sometimes the BB cream) as I have never had acne; my skin is just more prone to blemishes at the moment and this toner helps tremendously to rebalance my combination skin. The toner itself is not too tough on skin, although it is astringent, and does not smell or feel too strong. You have the best of both worlds therefore, as you get the results but without stripping or drying your skin completely.
