Good skin repairer

Bought this to use as a night cream as my skin was feeling sore and blotchy and can honestly say it made a massive difference! It calmed my redness and soothed my sore skin and was a great moisturiser. I wouldn’t use as a day cream as too rich for my oily skin but is brilliant for skin repair.

It went on the skin nicely, and didn't irritate at all. My skin was mega oily though after 2 hours and I have to dab my face with a tissue twice throughout the day. Wouldn't buy again as I was really hoping for a moisturiser that would give a matt finish for longer than a couple of hours.

Have tried other La Roche-possy effaclar and it was great but this Matt one is brilliant! Leaves slkin lovely and soft and primed for make up but with no shine or greasiness. It’s great!

I tried this moisturiser hoping it would hydrate my skin without the greasiness and I’d be able to apply before make up, but it just did not hydrate my skin in any way shape or form, I also found it stung my face however I do use retinoids so it could just be me! Wouldn’t recommend for thirsty skin.
