Best cleanser for make up removal
5I don’t normally review but as I’m back to repurchase - and after reading some of the bad reviews on this product, I wanted to just say that this for me is the best cleanser I have ever used, consistency is quite thick which means a small amount goes a long way and my last bottle has lasted over three months, so we’ll worth the money and I definitely recommend. I don’t agree with some of the comments about the smell being horrible either, (each to their own) but I wouldn’t let it put you off, I find it pleasant and refreshing and my skin was left feeling smooth and soft after each use too. I have to note I don’t have overly sensitive skin so I appreciate if you do, then the other commends of other reviews with similar skin may be more useful, but otherwise I’d go for it!!

Love This
4From the first use my skin has felt better. Naturally when you change skincare products you can expect a slight flare up but its nothing in comparison to what I have previously experienced.

Great product for sensitive skin
5I have tried so many brands for my acne prone, very sensitive skin. I have been using this for a few weeks and have not had any dryness or itchiness, like I have with other brands. It foams really nicely with plenty of water, and i can even use it around my eyes without irritation. I highly recommend.

Gentle wash
3Bought this as tried so many products to help my bad skin. I have a contraceptive coil and seem to get breakouts from the hormones. It is very gentle and have been using it for 2weeks now so unsure yet if it has helped with the breakouts but i would definitely buy again as removes my make up well and i feel fresh after using it. Plus my sister swears by this brand. Happy so far.

Best face wash I have ever tried
5This foaming gel cleanser is the best face wash on the market - you only need to use a tiny amount and it gently foams up which shows it isn't full of ingredients that cause skin to flare. It has a lovely smell, lovely thick consistency and the tube lasts for weeks. Does not cause any redness or flare ups and is non drying. Removes makeup. Highly recommend.

That awful smell
1I have been using various Toleriane series face creams for years and have been perfectly happy, so I decided to give this cleanser a try. What a waste of money! It smells strongly of PVA glue and stings the skin. Makes me question the use of other products from La Roche...

Face wash
5Literally the best face cleanser Iv ever used, I have combination skin which can be sensitive and prone to break outs. You only need to use a tiny bit because it’s so thick so it lasts ages.

But if a let down
2My skin is reactive & I am always fighting with it. I found that la Roche-lposay is a brand that has been kinder to my face & calmed things down in the problem areas. I decided to try this after my face was always breaking out as soon as it cleared up but I’m afraid it wasn’t for me & I'm reverting back to my old cleanser. It’s really offered nothing to my skin & neither has the cream. My skin doesn’t feel clean & I’ve broken out in problematic areas that won’t heal. Not for me

Face wash
5Always super fast delivery. I've had this face wash 3 or 4 times, it last ages, is lovely and creamy and great for my skin which is on the dry sensitive side. I think it's a really good price for the size too.

Not for me
2This cleanser stings my eyes even when I try to keep it away from my eyes. Must be when I'm splashing away the cleanser. My eyes always look pink after using this. I swear I can smell a diesel or petrol smell from this face wash. Worst item I have bought by La Roche Posay.
