Toner and Skin Care in one

Toning is the function of this product and it carries out that function perfectly, sloshing away dead skin cells and towel fibres without irritating the skin. The hydrating effect creates a smooth rather than wet and harsh experience and skin feels soft and supple after use. My only complaint is that you have to use quite a bit so the product goes quickly - therefore it earns four stars.
