Bought this believing the hype - put it on with the prime and prep first. Let it fully dry.  Went to afternoon tea with my friend and my lips looked awful within an hour. Colour came off but outline of it blotchy and there.  Wish I wouldn’t have bothered buying it. And would return if I could.
