Disappointed in this foundation. Going from shade advisors etc the shade I was 'recommended' was far too dark for me, makes me look orange! It also has a very unusual smell which even after several uses (after mixing with a lighter foundation) I just can't get used too. I can see why it's a popular foundation and after years of wanting it, after finally got it, just isn't for me. Not ideal if you just want a light coverage, very heavy and quite grainy.

V disappointed by this foundation - was way too orange on my skin (despite being told it was the right shade in store). It's thick and cakey, and definitely would not wear for day to day. Whilst it has good coverage if you want to cover a lot of blemishes and did not break out my skin, it looked very unnatural and was very hard to blend. The bottle also makes it difficult to get the product out and so you won't get your money's worth.

I bought shade nc20, it has a bit more yellow undertone that I’d like, but my skin looks so good. Tried it on exceptionally hot and humid day and it kept my oily skin under control as much as possible, I’d say it did a much better job than some other “matte” foundations - and it doesn’t feel like melted wax like some other feel on my oily skin in the summer. Also, coverage is amazing, almost like a concealer only in one layer.

Nice coverage with not loads of product!

So I have an oily skin type, not combo, oily. And decided after lots of research to try this after being recommended it. It’s got a strong scent, but disappears fast. It goes on medium but buildable with only a couple pumps for the whole face. I’ve found for me personally it works best without a primer, and I still have to bake my T-zone. It does last about 6-8 hours before breaking up on my skin, so maybe best for a night out, not the working day (I look greasy by lunch) also I’m fair skin and have a olive undertone, I got NC15 and it’s a slightly too yellow for me but works well. Hope this helps!!!
