It’s a good conditioner.But nothing to do with neutralising.After three weeks of use, I didn’t notice a difference. I started using it after dyeing my hair. As a result, don’t expect more than a good conditioner.

I like this range, it makes my hair feel healthy and since using matrix in general I can definitely see a difference in my hair, it’s softer, easier to tame and just appears healthier. I’m unsure if dark envy helps to keep my hair dark and I do still get brassy tones coming through. That being said it’s a nice shampoo and conditioner so you won’t lose anything giving it a go. I continue to use it and I would recommend matrix as a brand for hair care. I’m glad I made the switch around 18 months ago now from drugstore brands.

At first I was a bit sceptical and didn’t know whether to buy because of the price but it was the best thing I could’ve ever done for my hair. This conditioner is amazing to use, so relaxing. It made my hair so soft and silky and has definitely neutralised some of my red tones already! It is worth the money and a must have if your hair gets frizzy or dry as it fixes this instantly after wash! I recommend you buy this!💘
