Really gentle
4This is amazing for sensitive skin/first-timers. I enjoy this, as well as other Medik8 products. The only reason I've knocked a star off is that I find the smell a little off-putting. If there were no scent, this would be a 5/5!

Really good
4Starting at no 1 for me has been an ideal intro to retinol. I’ve never used before but with this no reaction so maybe I could have started one higher but perfectly happy with the product and when I run out I will move up a level. I use 2-3 times a week if I can.

4Absolutely love this serum. Has completely cleared up my skin and has helped with fine lines. If you are new to using retinols this is the best one to start off with!
