Gentle but effective
5A gentle alternative to retinol/tret. I’m working my way through the Medik8 intensities and would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking for results but also has sensitive skin.

The best retinal
5My 3rd tube of the 10, this really works. It does exactly what it says. Love this. Please start stocking the 20 for us retinal pros.

Great product
5Such an elegant cream! I don't have problematic skin, and I've used some other retinol, and retinaldehyde products before, but I didn't see great results. So I jumped into Crystal Retinal 10, and never had any issue. I use it every night, after a half hour I use a peptide serum, and some moisturiser. This is my 3rd tube, my skin so soft and nice, I'm so happy with it!

The best - repurchased many times
550 year old woman. Now using the Crystal Retinal 10 (I built up). Gorgeous texture, smell, feeling. Doesn't stain pillow. I feel gives great results. I live in very hot environment, so don't want to use Retin-A (despite using SPF). Retinal in particular in this formulation have been great winners. Repurchased many times.

Absolutely worth the money. I won’t be with Medik8 retinal products now.
5I previously used Retinol products which are much less effective and stung my face. I have worked my way up from Chrystal Retinal 1 and each transition has been smooth, even when using a chemical exfoliation in the morning (also by Medik8). This works perfectly with the matching moisturiser which soothes any possibility of stinging so if you are having trouble with any transition that’s a must! Even without it though it’s gentle but effective. Absolutely worth the money. I won’t be with Medik8 retinal products now.

Amazing results
5I’ve gradually been working upwards through the Medik8 retinals and can honestly say the difference is amazing. Yes they are more expensive than others but more than worth it!

5I've worked my way up to this after using retinol for many years, it's the best for maintenance and i guess the highest intensity i could use. seen great results and will always purchase.

Beautiful
5I love this product and it’s in my opinion it’s value for money and it smells amazing! However I’ve gone from 3 to 6 to 10 and I don’t see any difference in my skin as I’m climbing up the strengths! I wanted to keep being wowed but sadly I’m not! So I think I need a change of brand. But I do believe it keeps my skin nice so I may end up returning back to it in the future.
