Awful bottles.

I’ve struggled to find sulphate free hair products that I love and this is quite nice. The product itself is is actually okay. It does lather up slightly more than some other SF brands I’ve tried and my hair is clean and soft following but the main thing that means I won’t repurchase is the bottles.  The bottles look nice but in reality are so difficult to use in the shower. They are cumbersome to hold and the pumps literally dispense a tiny amount of product at a time, as the pump slowly returns to a high position before you can push down again for more product, thus making it difficult to obtain a decent sized amount of product at any one time. And so tricky to hold whilst doing this. ideally you’d need a shelf or some hard surface to sit the bottles on whilst trying to get the product out. Too much of a faff for me to want to repurchase.

good affordable shampoo and conditioner, makes my wavy frizzy hair more manageable. don't think it's anything special but the ingredients list is a lot cleaners than other options at this price point

Love the concept and the price point, but it didn't work for my hair. It left my hair dry and brittle and the roots would get oily after a day (I try to wash my hair twice a week so this was suboptimal). There are other options at a similar price point that work better.
