Very dry.
3The product started out nice but has no elasticity to it so feels tight and starts to crack. It’s not very long lasting.

Decent eye liner
3I enjoyed using this eye liner, however, you need to apply a few layers as the white pigment is not quite strong. Another downside is that the line cracks after a while (it dries quickly).

Best liquid liner!
5I’m a liquid eyeliner queen. I wear pretty dramatic eyeliner and I can say this is the best eyeliner I have ever used.. and I’ve used most over the years. It lasts all day (not always all night) and goes on so nicely. Highly recommend. Best deal for liner!
