This is by far the best eyeshadow primer I have tried, I have a love of bright eyeshadow looks and oily skin which is a terrible combination but with this my eyeshadow stays put even after a downpour or a dip in the sea.

I have been using this eyeshadow base for many years and hope Nars will not reformulate or discontinue it. It creates very nice canvas on the eyelids and it helps eyeshadows to blend nicely. It makes any eyeshadows last all day.
