This spray has helped me stay asleep for longer but I wouldn't say it Helios me drift off. The smell is quite strong and I expected more of a lavender smell were as this smells more herbal

Never used this brand before as it is on the pricey side but a little treat for christmas for myself and it smells unreal, struggle sleeping some nights so I tend to do an essential oils bath and skincare and use a pillow spray to try and help me relax
