bad shopping experience
1The item I received is a second-hand defective item! The product does not have a usb cable and has a used fragrance! And it's already damaged and unusable.... It's in the process of returning it!

Great product
5I love my diffuser from NEOM!! The best I have purchased and even though it says Mini it still makes my room smell incredible, in no way does the size effect the product. AMAZING

Beautiful
5I bought this diffuser as a gift for a friend (but also because I love it!) It's such a great idea, a portable diffuser that uses the essential oil bottle to diffuse different levels of scent. I love the size and the colour. Very clever. Hoping someone gifts me one now.

Neom Mini Pod
5Great Neom mini product. Bought one for myself and another as a gift! Also have the original Well-being pod and the mono pod is a great addition for smaller rooms. Love the Neom scents and really pleased with all my purchases.

Perfect
5I absolutely love this. It’s the perfect size to have on my desk whilst I’m working and can easily be moved around the house to different rooms due to it's compact size. I am delighted with how it works and it’s so slick. Yet again another fabulous product from Neom.

Super cute
5Nice size, lovely pink colour with a slight glittered sheen. Not sure where it is permanently going to live, might need to get a second! Already have the NEOM diffuser which I love but this is slightly less maintenance which I like!

Obsessed
5Both neom diffusers are quite different which is important to note. So... If you want one that sends you to sleep and relaxes you fully I'd 100% recommend getting the larger version, which has a relaxing trickling water sound and lamp with 2 dimming options. But if you want a portable, can take anywhere version for a boost of beautiful scent... this is the one! Yes it's a little noisier, but only vibrates for a few seconds (you can also adjust how intensely too as it has 3 different settings for this) and in my opinion it's so worth it for say your car, or scenting the living room when you have guests over for example. I think each pod serves a different purpose... So definitely read up before depending on what you want to achieve. I personally adore them both!! I also think for the price you can't go wrong. Any neom product is a yes from me!!!

Mini pod
2I am a massive neom fan, I have diffusers in every room of my house as well as 2 pods which are on almost every day. Got the nude mini pod for on the go, thought it would be great for taking in the car and on our staycations this year however it’s just so noisy, I really wanted to love this product however was felt very disappointed

Noisy
2I have the large one which I love, this is disappointing as it vibrates and is noisy, I brought this for my bedroom to help me sleep and this is not helping. Plus the mirror top shows every mark

Wanted to love it but disappointed
3I bought this to sit in my spare room office and pop it on when needed. The smell is lovely but when the atomiser cycle starts the vibrating noise that comes from it is just too loud, esp when I’m used to the Neon Wellbeing pod which is silent. Shame as I wanted to love it. Ill also be interested to see how long the essence lasts but too early to tell yet.
