I hated how this made my hair feel after using it the first time! Which to be honest made me stop using it! My hair was already thinning so I got scared it would make it worse! I didn't use it again so I don't really know if it works

I have suffered with hair thinning since having my daughter....13yr ago!!! and tried lots of things. This is the first thing that makes my hair feel stronger and thicker. I've only been using for 4 weeks, and apparently I have bangs due to new hair growth. Step 3 does leave my hair a bit greasy on top, but just style it to cover it. I'm going to purchase another and see how I get on.

I've been struggling with hair thinning and loss due to the side effect of some medication I am still taking. We'll, it doesn't do any miracle overnight but it does really help to feel your hair stronger and with density and volume. It smells menthol-like, which I dislike even in mouthwash, it gives you a feeling of burning scalp for some minutes, but if you are ok with those inconveniences, it's great.

I haven't been using this long so cannot comment on the long term results however, it has certainly made my hair feel softer, cleaner and thicker after maybe 5 washes. I haven't been using the scalp treatment after every wash but no adverse reactions. It is pricey but so far, I think it's worth it.

I like the shampoo & conditioner but the thickening lotion is awful. Temporary redness? Mine lasted over an hour & it seemed to spread all over my face, neck & back. I’m cutting my hair short as I can’t manage to use the system & I’ll have to live with having fine thin hair!
