When I ordered this, I was expecting a matte colour rather than a shimmer (I wanted a nude waterline pencil). However - waste not want not! I have been using this on my no makeup days to brighten my eyes by putting in the inner corner! A lovely natural shimmer that can be built up, it calls for re-applying unless you’re layering it with powder products too.

Intense color and very soft, doesnt drag eye lids. However, smudged from the first blink after application and went all over under my eyes. I had to remove them quickly and applied eye make up again, almost late for work! So try it on a day when you are not in a rush!
