Fiddly
2Very fiddly to use and end up wasting so much product. I would not repurchase this product

Works really well
5This works really well, I only use it a couple of times a month and I do feel it has made a difference with my hair. The only downside is it’s quite hard to apply, I normally take the top off and just pour it over my head or into my hands then rubs my hands over my head
