I've been using Olaplex no:3 for awhile now but a friend recommended I splash out and buy the entire set including the Olapelx no:4 Bond Maintenance shampoo. Well I've only used it for a couple of weeks so far but I can already see a big difference in my hair. It feels so much cleaner and healthier now and I'm pretty sure it's helped to keep my hair colour from fading too. So far so good and I'll continue to keep buying this product along with the rest of the Olapelx line to keep my hair happy and healthy.

Would not recommend this product..I used a few times and had to stop using as it left my hair feeling very dry and difficult to brush. Was looking forward to using it after hearing everyone rave about it..

Love this stuff! I wasn’t too sure about investing in this as I wouldn’t normally spend this much on haircare but it’s well worth it! I use this once a week and shampoo twice and this has lasted me around 5 months as a little goes a long way.

If you haven’t tried this brand you seriously need to! I have seen this biggest difference in the health of my hair (and I highlight mine) the whole olaplex range is fantastic. And with this shampoo a little really does go a long way, it really lathers unlike other shampoo.

As a hairdresser I am writing this review based on my own opinion. I have long straight fine , very dry brittle full head highlights. The shampoo is fantastic for smoothing and and helping the condition of my hair, along with the L’Oréal mythical oil mask conditioner I use. But what is in it that makes my scalp so dry?? Such a shame it lets the shampoo down. Every time I use it, my scalp is itchy and very scaly, which it isn’t when I don’t use it. Can you change anything in the ingredients, to stop the irritation. I’m not the only one. I have read lots of comments saying the same thing. I can’t use it every wash, because my scalp can’t breathe with the flakiness. Pls sort this out Olaplex. It’s letting the shampoo down.

At the age of 57, over the years I have tried more shampoos and conditioners than you could ever imagine! Sometimes swayed by reviews, sometimes advertising and sometimes packaging. However, 95% of the time I end up being annoyed and disappointed and as a result take reviews with a pinch of salt. I have eventually found and stuck with two brands I use that do actually make a difference to my hair. Until today that is. I don't use the Olaplex in-salon treatment or the number 3 that is applied at home. However, this shampoo and conditioner is on another level and I am going to make sure I have some in my gym bag and some in my bathroom so I don't run out! Hopefully I can get hold of big sizes. A little goes a long way, you can feel the difference when applying the products as they start to work. Hair is left silky smooth, soft and manageable. My hair is straight but damaged over the years through colour and styling and can be left tangled and feeling dry and difficult to comb. Try it - and you can believe this review!
