Not terrible (didn’t leave my hair matted, dry or anything) but didn’t really add anything to it either - no volume or thickness. Not a terrible product BUT not worth a repurchase for me

I have medium length very fine hair and purchased shampoo and conditioner on the strength of reviews I'd read. Was excited to use but very disappointed with results as it seemed to make little difference to volume of my hair compared to my normal shampoo and much more expensive! Pleasant scent tho but in my opinion disappointing and not worth the money. Won't purchase again. Sorry OUAI!

My Favourite Shampoo and Conditioner

The Ouai Fine Shampoo and Conditioner is by far my favourite I have ever used. I swap in the Ouai Detox Shampoo once a week roughly too. I have also recommended this to family who have purchases it too. It smells so relaxing like spa vibes and it leaves your hair feeling super clean and soft.

Overall, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. I also bought a small detox shampoo to complement the bundle and together they worked great. You don’t need much of the product, it will truly last long. Hair is super light and feels clean. It’s doesn’t give volume, but rather lightness. The smell is horrible but bearable, I was expecting something much nicer.
