The Philip Kingsley Elasticizer makes my fine, processed hair look like I've always wanted it to, i.e. thicker and glossier! I can't live without this product now.

A little goes a long way

What a treat for my hair! Philip Kingsley Elasticizer has made it so much more manageable. I have a rougher textured hair that can misbehave due to many factors, but using Philip Kingsley, especially this product, has improved the overall health of my hair.
