Best Relaxer
5I've been using this relaxer for about 3years. It is quite pricey, but its the only relaxer that leaves my hair bouncy without being bone straight, which is exactly how I prefer my hair. I'm sure The "Index 2" will give you bone straight hair for those with a coarse, thick and or tightly coiled hair type. I have fine Afro hair. Lookfantastic stopped stocking it for a while and it was quite difficult buying it in London. I am very pleased that they are stocking it again. Please do not stop. Thank you!

Phytorelaxer kit 1
5I found the product easy to use but my only problem is that when you have short hair and using the product for the first time, it should state to use only half of the product. Mixing it all as per instructions because it is being used for the first time, is such a big waste. I had to throw away the rest of the products because I can't keep it for a second use. But I still liked it because it is a natural base and it doesn't smell as bad as the chemical one. Good product!

WARNING
1This product should have a large warning sign on it, I have ended up with a burnt scalp and my long hair was coming out in handfuls. My hair was in excellent condition and I followed the instructions step by step. My hair has broken off at the ends and ended up a dry frizzy mess. I have lost a large amount of hair on the ends and my scalp.

Excellent
5After reading reviews on various sites, I decided to give this a go. I used to go to my salon and have a perm reversal which was brilliant, but costly. I am mixed race and have very frizzy hair which I cannot stand. There are other relaxers on the market which are much cheaper, but I opted for this for the fact it contains more natural ingredients. It doesn't smell eggy like the chemical relaxers which is a massive bonus. I have shoulder length hair, so decided to only use half the pack, especially as other people have said it takes a long time to run clear, so regretted over using it. Definitely the right decision as half was plenty. The results - Brilliant. As good as when I have my hair chemically straightened, but more gentle on the hair. There was no scalp irritation and my hair feels soft and is shiny. Seriously give this a go. You will save a fortune! Yes it does take a while to run clear, but the results are worth it.
