Eyelashes feel conditioned. Have been using the product for a few weeks no difference in length as of yet but daily look and feel is great

Darkened area around eyes

I have been using this product for some weeks now and have noticed that the area below my eyes has darkened making me look like I've had a bad night. On closer inspection, I find that I have a thickened growth of fine hairs, so I have had to depilate the area. My eyelashes do look thicker but I'm not sure if I want to continue.
