Leaves my hair soft and shiny especially when using together with the conditioner and treatment from the set. The only thing I don't like is very chemical-type smell.

Smells amazing!

I can’t comment on its long term effects, but I really enjoyed this product. It smells INCREDIBLE, kind of fruity but I’d literally buy a candle in this scent. I’m conjunction with the other products in the range, my hair was left super soft and smooth, and I’m excited to use it again!

I used the shampoo as part of the 3 step system. This shampoo was a dream to lather up. And it wasn’t anything to do with the pre shampoo as I accidentally mistook this as the pre shampoo and used it first! It was quick to lather up and I only used my usual amount. I have long thick hair, so usually use a fair bit of shampoo but it never foams up aswell as this did - Unless I double shampoo. With this I could really feel it cleansing and could tell there wasn’t any need to do it twice. I loved the whole 3 step system and it left my hair looking and feel clean, smooth, lightweight and shiny.
