Ordered this shampoo with high hopes from previous reviews and it was awful. Left my hair drier than ever, sticky and felt like I had a big build up of product on my hair. Wouldn't recommend.

My hair was stripped from Black to lighter in the process my hair was damaged, This is the only brand that fixed my hair and 2 years later I still use it.. The shampoo conditioner and hair mask are my main products.. Yes expensive but it honestly does make your hair more soft and easy to comb when wet as it was all matted from being chemically damaged.. buy it you won’t be disappointed

As a hairdresser I’ve tried this for the first time on my own bleached hair. This range is honestly awful! It makes your hair feel so rough & sticky. Feels like it’s put major build up on my hair. Do not recommend, olaplex is the best I’ve ever tried.

Read all the good reviews and thought the shampoo and conditioner sounded perfect. But if anything it made my highlighted, damaged hair drier and in big tangles. Maybe it just doesn't suit my hair type.

Not Suitable For Long, Thick Undamaged Hair

I liked the idea of this product but it is too softening for my hair. I have long and thick hair which isn’t damaged. This product made my hair feel greasy after washing no matter washing twice and rinsing it out in cold/warm water. Would be suitable for hair that is very damaged otherwise it will make your hair lifeless.
