Definitely helps if you have problems with your scalp, relief just after one wash. Absolutely awful for my hair, they were tangled and I needed to use a lot of conditioner to be able to brush my hair. So what I do is , first washing only my scalp using this shampoo, then using different shampoo washing the rest of my hair.

My scalp have always itched, I’ve tried loads and I mean loads, I’m convinced it’s one of the ingredients as some make me itch more than others. Then I saw this, thinking oh it won’t work but to my surprise it did....I am genuinely impressed, I shall buy this again. A nice lather, my hair feels soft and it does not itch. 5*

I suffer from really horrible eczema on my scalp- I tried everything. Some medical shampoos worked but they left my hair smelling like tar but also super dry. This is the best shampoo I have found after years of living with an itchy scalp. I never had dandruff, just a really irritated and itchy scalp that could continue down to my shoulders. I have tried nearly every brand on the market without success, so to say I am delighted with this find is an understatement. Please, Redken, never change the formula!!
