4I can say it's very good and I'm truly satisfied with my purchase. I'm blonde and my brows are quite dark but this worked perfectly for me, the shade I got matched me excellent. Plus, the gel is nice and lasts pretty long. Maybe the texture could be a little ticker for the pencil but overalI I would say it's definately a good catch!

Better than Expected
4I like to keep my brows natural looking, with a little filling in to accentuate the shape. This is perfect, good texture, matched my hair colour and does not smudge. The gel really caught even the smallest hairs and gave my brows volume. very impressed.

Not so good!!
1The pencil and gel were open!! The seal above them was open and the gell was dry!!

Revolutionary Revlon
4I'm a blonde with quite dark brows, I often struggle finding a middle ground when it comes to finding the right shade. However, the Revlon Fantasy Brow Pencil and Gel is fantastic. It's easy to blend and lasts throughout the day. Love it.
