Not what I thought it was
3This gets REALLY warm so use sparingly. I kept it to use on my painful lower back and it was a nice relief. But not an everyday body lotion which I expected.

Great heating balm
5So reading the negative reviews, I started wondering whether or not this balm is just marketed in a wrong way. I bought it because I love Sanctuary Spa, but I also bought it for a specific purpose: I suffer from lower back pain (after car accident injury), had tons of physiotherapy over the years and heating gels, balms and ointments are best for me to relax muscle and ultimately combat pain. I use them in the autumn and winter regularly, so if you in need of that kind of product, this is the best one I found so far.

Excellent
5Great heating balm specially for winter months as it can get really warm for summer, but it's an absolute saviour for aches and pains, also to relieve tension as the aroma is very relaxing. Plus, leaves skin so soft! 10 product.

Love it
5I absolutely adore this body balm. I have painful joints and when I rub some of this on it self heats and is just so relieving. It also smells lovely and no-one would be aware you had a heating product on. No strong chemical scents. I have purchased this many times now and it's my go to. All Sanctuary products are exceptional in my opinion.

Brilliant
5As someone with joint problems I really recommend this. I love it and have purchased more. It gets really warm, which I love. The scent is beautiful as are all Sanctuary Spa products. No deep heat smell here! It really helps relax the joints making it easier to sleep. Wash your hands after using, it can irritate your eyes if you rub them. I know because I did it. Can't recommend it enough

WARMING
5Excellent. I use this on my knees before bed, works for me. Helps relieve pain and relaxes me to sleep. Be warned though it can get very warm. So use sparingly. Lovely fragrance.

Amazing stuff
5After trying everything to deal with endometriosis pain, I thought I’d give this a go because it’s reasonably priced and it would be a nice treat if nothing else. This is like a hot water bottle in a tube, totally relieved my pain, and smells divine. I can’t get over how much it helped, and bonus points for making my skin feel really soft , and the scent putting me into a lovely sleep. I can’t live without this now

Extremely heating - perfect for my severe chronic pain
5As many have noted in reviews elsewhere, the heating is INTENSE with this product - it does burn, especially if you apply too much. For me, it's heavensent; I have a rare connective tissue disorder, and oftentimes my hip and knee pain especially keeps me awake at night, but this WORKS like nothing else has for me.
