Waste of money
1Can't believe how it's hard to put on!! You will need someone to help you anytime! Discourage in advance to do it.

Very disappointing.
2I was really hoping this would work but after using it for over an hour every day on a pretty high setting (60-70) I see and feel no difference at all. You're supposed to use it 4 times a week and see results - I'm using 7 days a week. My muscles do not hurt after, I just feel like I'm wasting an hour of my time each day but I'm still persevering and hoping it will do something. Don't waste your money buying this like I have. Very disappointing.
