Spare batteries had leaked
2The product itself worked well. I found the batteries too fiddly. The two pairs of spare batteries had leaked so were useless. Batteries don't last long therefore I wouldn't recommend

4It’s a nice little discreet thing, it’s my first “wellness” thing I’ve ever purchased and I’m quite happy about it. It is quite loud though imo. Also, if yours isn’t working take the batteries out and reinsert them, same happened to me and works perfectly fine
