Migraines
5I wanted to try magnesium for migraine help, I still get migraines however I do think I sleep better when taking these. I also suffer from PMDD and these combined with a few other vitamins I have seen a drastic improvement. I will definitely repurchase these.

4These are good hover you do need to take 3 a day which I didn’t realise when I purchased them. So I don’t always remember to take all of them

4I’ve recently started taking these after seeing a lot of health and fitness people talking about the importance of magnesium in your diet. So far so good! I opted for the largest bottle and it was great value for money.
