Only been taking these for a short amount of time, but they do taste good!! And I do feel more relaxed when I'm trying to fall asleep and that's an achievement for me as my sleep quality is quite poor usually. Hopefully it'll work well.

This is now my second tub of these, and I do feel like they are work. Finished my first lot not certain they had worked but after a week of stopping my sleep returned to being terrible! The only thing I had changed was these. They taste yummy too!!
