Didn’t feel much difference

vitamin B12
4i really enjoyed the simplistic packaging of the vitamins, however would be happier for smaller bottle as the content of the vitamins due to their size is very smaller. It would make it easier to travel with. The vitamins by itself seem to be of a good quality.
